ROD Harps Effect – Marco 8: True Octal Tube Preamp
The Marco 8 is neither an interpretation nor an emulation: it's the pure and simple reality.
The Marco 8 houses the exact preamp circuitry of the legendary Masco ME8, revisited with minimal, targeted modifications to fit into a modern, rugged, and portable pedalboard.
Although it's powered by a standard 9V power supply, a sophisticated internal electronics boosts the voltage to over +240V. This allows the tubes to express themselves exactly as they did in vintage amplifiers, giving you that warm, full-bodied tone and extraordinary harmonic complexity you've always sought, now within reach of your pedalboard.
If you're on the hunt for that fascinating and elusive vintage tone, the Marco 8 is destined to become your new favorite ally.
