Mi rammarica constatare una delusione sia del prodotto che del servizio clienti. Nonostante io abbia una decina di HOHNER Special 20s, quelle ordinate da HarpElite mi hanno sempre dato dei problemi. La prima volta ho dato il beneficio del dubbio e ho recensito con 5 stelle, dicendo che potevo aggiustarla da solo, mentre questa volta si tratta di un'ancia montata così ostinatamente male che non ho gli attrezzi per mitigare il problema. La beffa oltre il danno è il servizio clienti che, sotto il velo di gentilezza e i vari fronzoli, mi ha praticamente detto di vedermela da solo. Ora mi ritrovo con un fermacarte da 40 euro e non credo mi sentirò più al sicuro ad acquistare da questo sito.
